I know my credit card is valid - why do I keep getting declined when I try to sign up?

This can happen for many reasons.

1. The address you provide on the signup form must match your credit card billing address EXACTLY.

2. Your credit card number, expiration date and CVV2 number must also be EXACT.

3. Sometimes there is simply an error while attempting to contact the bank to process the transaction.

4. If you have EVER charged back ANY site that uses our processor, you will be forever unable to use that credit card again. You will have to either use a different credit card or settle your debt with the processor.
