How can I make sure I am only charged for 30 days and not automatically renewed?
To be sure that you are not rebilled, you will need to submit your cancellation at least two business days prior to your rebill date. Note that you can cancel at any time during your subscription and still have your full access as paid for, but if you do not wish to be rebilled please follow the two business day rule. If you do not submit your cancellation at least two business days prior to your rebill date and you are rebilled, we cannot issue a refund for this charge.
It is fast, convenient and easy to cancel yourself through the billing processor:
Credit Card Transactions:

You will need any TWO of the following pieces of information:
Email address used when you joined, credit card number used
and/or Subscription # received from the transaction.

and/or Subscription # received from the transaction.
Occasionally there are problems with the billing processor's online cancellation process. If you have trouble cancelling your subscription yourself you can submit your cancellation directly to the Webmaster at webmaster@firmhandspanking.com. Please adhere to the two business day rule with this option as well, and be sure to include your username and password with your request.
